Social media influencer, Faith Makau popularly known as Amber Ray has said that she is not intimidated by the paparazzi as everything she does is considered news.
Speaking at the buysimu launch, Amber Ray said that with the paparazzi posting about her helps her family maintain a proper public image.
This comes after a photo of her emerged online, where she was spotted with a man in a club sparking numerous rumors of her being with a new man on the low.
Denying the rumours, Amber stated that it was a harmless picture and there’s no romance involved.
“Amber Ray is news. Everything I do is news so when you see me seated somewhere especially in a public place with someone haiwezi kuwa kuna kitu” Amberay said.
She however told her fans to expect a more mature Amber as she acknowledges that she is no longer young and is a mother to a teenage son.
“Saa hizi my brand imefika mahali I’ll be more mature, sitakua na utoto mingi let’s hope itawork. Mahali imefika my age doesn’t allow plus I’m a mother of a teenager.” she said.
She also during the launch announced a charity function that will be happening on 18th May 2024 to help all the affected flood victims. She urged her fans to come and support with food, clothes and any other help available.
“And I’d like to tell my fans on the 18th, I’m doing a charity function and I’d like you guys to come and support me with anything ikue chakula, ikue nguo, and all, like anything we support sahi watu wote wenye wameathiriwa na the floods and all like we stand together as Kenyans,” said Amber Ray.
