Kenyan musician Bahati reveals to his fans and wife that bathing is difficult for him adding that he will only be showering twice a week.
Bahati said that he should be allowed to take a bath only on Tuesdays and Fridays as those are the only important days.
“Mimi nimekubali. Mimi kuoga ni shida. Nataka tuelewane, nitakua naoga mara mbili kwa wiki. Friday juu naingia events weekend, Tuesday juu the rest of the week niko hapa na wewe. Mimi nataka ujue mimi si cabbage siwezi shinda kwa maji.” he said.
This comes after his spouse Diana exposed him to their YouTube channel, revealing that her bathing towel turns brown each time they take a shower together.
This was in their segment on Diana’s Youtube channel dubbed ‘Bahati does not like to be told the truth.’
” Nikimpeleka kwa bafu, nikimwosha, kitambaa yangu ya white after nimetoka kujisugua namsugua inakua brown.” Diana claimed.
After he decided not to participate in the video, Bahati began yelling at her to keep embarrassing him.
She responded by informing him that he dislikes being informed the truth.
Later, while they were outside, he acknowledged that he dislikes taking baths.
” Mimi nmekubali mimi kuoga ni shida. Mi hata sahi ningekua mweupe.” he said
Diana made a joke about how he would only take a shower since he was heading to events where women would be touching him.
Some of their supporters had conflicting emotions in response to this revelation.
Others asserted that their kind of content is appropriate for Facebook users, while yet others stated that this information is completely useless to them.
Others agreed with Bahati’s statement and even argued that twice a week is a lot.
” Ata mara mbili ni showoff. Inafaa twice a month.” a person wrote.
When Bahati was still a gospel performer, he gained popularity.
Later, he switched to secular music, claiming that the gospel industry did not pay him well enough.
They began creating content for their YouTube channel together after he wed Diana Bahati.
As a result of their supporters’ claims that they were sincere and had nothing to hide, their videos became quite popular.
Additionally, their videos generated a lot of controversy and attention from their audience.
