Jane Waigwe Kimani,  the wife of former Murang’a Governor Mwangi wa Iria  has been arrested  alongside her brother Solomon Mutura Kimani over graft.

According to EACC Spokesperson Eric Ngumbi, the two were arrested and arraigned at   Milimani Anti-Corruption Court as suspects in the Ksh.140 million Murang’a County corruption case.

The two are directors of Value View Ltd, a company according to an investigation by EACC, revealed to have been used as a channel for fraudulent scheme.
