Well-known Kenyan musician King Kaka was caught hanging out with rapper and American TV host Justina Valentine, a popular television program Wild n Out cast member.
Prior to his performance at the Madaraka Dallas tour, the two were seen chatting.
Also in attendance was a Ghanaian-Liberian actor, and comedian based in the United States, Michael Kojo Blackson, also known as Michael Blackson, a parody name of pop singer Michael Jackson.
King Kaka was scheduled to perform at the concert alongside singers like as D’Banj, Emmanuel Jal, Odhis Jabomas, Sautisol, and Khaligraph Jones. Simon Javan Okelo served as the host.

Nyashinski was scheduled to participate in the Madaraka tour as well, but he had to cancel due to his inability to secure a US visa for the duration of the trip.
He made the announcement that he had to postpone his performance due to the organisers’ inability to secure US visas for his team on Instagram a few months ago, on May 19, 2024.
The Madaraka Festival is a music and cultural event that was started in 2014 in order to empower diversity and inclusion in Seattle communities by deepening the relationship between African and African American communities, and fostering partnerships with other international communities to shift the narrative and honour cultural dynamics
“What we have learned is there is a need for an authentic African festival that operates worldwide,” says Madaraka founder and CEO, Simon Javan Okelo. He hopes Madaraka will be the biggest example of that. Okelo places a lot of emphasis on inclusivity, making sure that historically underrepresented or marginalised groups—like the LGBTQ community—are represented in the lineups.
