Femi One, a well-known Kenyan artist, has made remarkable progress in the music industry due to her unique style and impactful lyrics.
In a recent interview with a local media outlet, the rapper confidently advised promoters to book her within the next 2 months. She warned that if they don’t, they might not be able to afford her later because her career is on the rise.
“Me i know for sure this year hatukushiki,” Femi One explained, emphasizing the need for prompt action. She firmly stated, “Kama hamjanibook sahi, hamtawahi ni afford, mimi nimeenda.”
Furthermore, Femi One confidently declared, “Mko na like 2 months. from that Wallahi mtakuwa mnaona Femi One huko Grammys na Afro Nation.” She believes her career trajectory will lead her to prestigious events like the Grammys and Afro Nation.
She expressed gratitude to the organizers of Raha Fest for giving her the opportunity to perform alongside international artists. She was the only female artist to perform as one of the opening acts.
At the Raha festival in Uhuru Gardens, Nairobi, from March 30 to 31, the artist performed alongside other artists, with Davido and Ya Elvis headlining the concert.

Femi One advocated for more female artists to be included in such concerts. She believes female artists are just as talented as their male counterparts and should be given equal opportunities.
“Book more female artists, wacha female artists wakuwe more headliners because we are equally as good” she advised.
