Tanasha Donna has revealed the reason why she disappeared from the limelight.
Speaking in a recent interview during her stay in Rwanda, Tanasha revealed that she was in a contract that barred her from releasing new songs.
“I was in contractual prison but now I am free. I have an album coming up, 10 songs. It has been a long road but we are finally here. I was in a contract that kind of stopped me from dropping music so I had to wait until I am free from that contract which happened end of last year, now am free, I am back,” she said.
Asked on how she can described her baby daddy and ex boyfriend Diamond, Tanasha said, “I would describe him as hardworking, he is very ambitious very talented yeah I think those are three words that describe him best.”
She was however reluctant to further talk about the Bongo singer.
Tanasha who is currently in Kigali, Rwanda seems to be enjoying her time and also engaged in a series of interviews.
In one occasion, the mother of one stated that she looked forward to her time in Rwanda by stating she will have various club appearances, and further hoped to collaborate with Rwandese artists.
“She has an album that she is going to release in July. We will be the first to listen to them during the concert and we hope it’s an experience that people can’t afford to miss,” one of the shows organisers told The New Times.
Before their much publicized split, Tanasha and Diamond released a song dubbed Gere, giving netizens serious couple goals and assuring their fans that nothing would ever come between them.
The relationship between Tanasha and Diamond has really improved unlike in past years where Tanasha openly slandered Diamond although she didn’t point out his name.
“People like this have no soul and humanity left in them. Pure evil. It’s like dancing with the devil. Forgive them, walk away and let God deal with their Karma. The narcissists always believe that karma won’t hit them until it does.” She said.
“Sometimes it takes experience and realization to learn, pray hard every day! Five times a day if possible. Because dealing with a narcissist is like dealing with the devil himself. Protect your soul,” she added.
