Police FC and Harambee stars keeper Patrick Matasi made three stunning saves today, as Police FC held a late charge to beat AFC leopards 1-0 at the Police Sacco stadium.

Police have now qualified to play for the Mozart bet cup final for the first time ever.

The two sides had to play the remaining 30 minutes, plus eight additional minutes today after the match was stopped yesterday due to crowd trouble.

A ruling from the Football Kenya Federation league and competitions committee made the decision to play the remaining 30 minutes, after the game was halted in the 60th minute yesterday when the linesman Samuel Kuria was hit with a projectile and he got injured.

At that time the match was called off Police were still leading 1-0 a goal that was scored on the 8th minute by South Sudan forward Tito Okello.

Police will now face KCB in the final, while AFC leopards will face Kariobangi Sharks for the match that will decide who will take the third position.
