Comedian and content creator Blessed Njugush, known for engaging performances, has recently opened up about the important contributors to his new book, “Whispers From My Childhood.”

At an interview, Njugush expressed heartfelt gratitude to his family, fans, and supporters who played a role of making his book a success.

During the interview, Njugush particularly stressed on the crucial role his brother, played in the book’s creation. His brother is an established author himself, not only supported Njugush but also took on the role of the book’s editor.

“When I first talked about this book, he is the first person I gave it to, and he is the editor,” Njugush said. He then recounted the moment his brother encouraged him to reflect deeply on his past.

“We had to sit down, and he told me to go and think deeply about my childhood. Then we went home na tukapiga story na akina mathee. My brother has been really instrumental.”

Njugush also acknowledged his parents, who provided unwavering support throughout the process. Their stories and insights were invaluable in blending comedy and writing that make the book a success.Being funny wasn’t just enough he had to  merging his comedic talent with storytelling.

In addition to his family, he expressed his gratitude to his fans, who have been his steadfast supporters since his role that lead to his fame on the popular show “Hapa Kule News.”

“And the third person who I think has a big, big input is my audience because hao ndio hunipatia hio push ya kufanya vitu crazy kama hii. A lot of them have seen me from way back in ‘Hapa Kule News’,” he noted.

Njugush who is now a multifaceted entertainer and continues to evolve as a comedian, content creator, and now author his journey serves as an inspiration to many.
