Content creator and social media influencer Alma Mutheu left her boyfriend Gift Muziq embarrassed after sharing deep secrets about their union.

In an interview with Oga Obinna, Alma said that she was tired of being the sole provider, saying it was also time for her man to chip in and take care of the bills.

Alma said that her boyfriend doesn’t spoil her with expensive gifts and that is why she also fails to post him.

“It gets to a certain point where as a woman unachoka kufanya kila kitu. It is fine, not everyone is able but you can’t stay with  a person for a very long time like two years, you are still providing as a woman,” she said.

According to her she was well of when she met Gift and because she loved him, she gave love a chance hoping that his financial status would be better in future.

“But you get I have needs and you want to feel like my man takes care of me. It has reached a point bado anatafuta. That first year, I was so in love. He was even supporting me, recording my videos without pay.  Second year we have so many arguments because am like why am I still paying rent and other bills. Why am I fuelling the car?We had so many arguments because of financial issues,” the content creator admitted.

Gift however defended himself saying they don’t stay together but Alma insisted that they stay at her house. She doesn’t want them to share costs but instead, wants Gift to take full responsibility.

“Unalala kwa kitanda changu na nguo zako ziko kwangu. Am I lying?  Kama ni rent si ulipe yote full juu ni kwa manzi yako. Am not complaining and am not saying Gift is a bad person. Gift ni mtu anaezajituma akisukumwa, sisemi kwa ubaya. Mimi ni mtu mwenye pia nahitaji kusukumwa, I have my work to do, sasa nitasukuma zangu pia nisukume zake, it gets tough for a woman to do both things,” she said.
