Diamond’s mother Mama Dangote has dispelled claims that the Wasafi  boss is dating or married to his signee Zuhura Othman aka Zuchu.

In an interview with Wasafi TV, Mama Dangote said claims that the two were an item are just rumours that have never been substantiated.

He added that Diamond has been linked to every woman he is seen with, even if nothing is going on between them hence Zuchu’s case is not different

“Wanajua aje?Wanakuja chumbani au wanaingia chumbani wanapolala? Kwasababu watu wengi wanasema. Naseeb ni nani aliyekuwa haswa amjua bibi yake. Hata akikaa na mwanamke tu, bibi yake. Kuna nani asiyemjua bibi yake. Dunia hii toka imeanza na siku kuanza mziki hakuna mtu asioambia bibi yake. Kila mtu katembea naye nashangaa Zuchu waambiwa katembea naye wakati ndio wako naye kwenye mashow. Mimi naona ni jambo la kawaida,” she said.

Asked on how Zuchu would feel about her sentiments, Mama Dangote noted that Zuchu has never declared anywhere that Diamond is her husband.

According to her, Zuchu would also refer to Diamond as her boss when questioned about the matter.

“Mwuulizeni Zuchu Naseeb bwanako? Atakujibuje atakuambia boss wangu, au ushaskia katangaza, mimi naongea ukweli. Yeye ashakuambia? Au ushaskia kaandika ewe mume bwanangu basi kama ujaskia mimi namjua ule boss wake,” she told the interviewer.

Previously, Zuchu’s mother Khadija Kopa had also denied claims that Zuchu and Diamond were in a romantic relationship.

“Hayo mahusiano siyajui. Mahusiano yake siyajui mimi najua Zuchu ndio mwanangu, mahusiano yake nitayajua siku atakuja kutolewa mahari.Haya mahusiano atayuajua ye mwenyewe(I am not aware of that relationship Zuchu is my daughter, I will know about her relationship when her dowry is being paid),” she adamantly said.
