Tanzanian artist Juma Jux and his girlfriend Karen Bujulu have sparked speculation among fans regarding the status of their relationship.

The couple recently unfollowed each other on Instagram and took down their shared pictures, leaving followers questioning if they are still together.

Rumours had circulated last year suggesting the couple was expecting their first child. Karen had referred to Jux as “BABA KIJACHO,” signifying an impending fatherhood. When questioned by a Kenyan interviewer, Jux opted for privacy, stating;

“Some things are private, it’s something that I don’t wanna talk about. When the time comes, people will know. I have personally not announced and it’s a little private and so deep for me. Let us just leave it as rumours. I can’t say anything about it.” Jux said.

Karen, a lifestyle and travel content creator, was closely associated with Jux before publicly acknowledging their relationship last year. She even changed her Instagram bio to “Mrs. Juma” and identified herself as Jux’s wife.

They soft launched their relationship during Valentines  when Jux introduced her in a video asking her to be her valentines date but later turned to be part of a song.

Jux’s hit song “Enjoy,” featuring Diamond Platnumz, has gained significant traction, amassing over 62 million views on YouTube in the past six months. Speaking about the success, Jux expressed.

“It is my best song ever, in everything, from the views on all digital platforms, to the streams. All these happened in a very short while. It is my biggest track. Jux said.

Previously, Jux was in a relationship with renowned singer Vanessa Mdee, who is now married to R&B singer Rotimi. The couple have two children, and their relationship has been flourishing.
