Comedian and Content creator Henry Desagu has been forced to clarify if he is related to John Matara, a serial criminal and suspected murderer that caught the attention of Kenyans in the recent days.
As Kenyans wrap their heads around the Matara’s schemes, some believe that he is related to Desagu, because of their striking resemblance.
Desagu has however dispelled claims of Matara being his brother or relative.
“I am not related to one John Matara. Any such Hullabaloo associating me with him should be disregard, discombulated and disconfisured with utmost hubwatete,” he shared on Instagram.
“It’s your long lost twin, ebu uliza mum,” an Instagram user reacted to his statement.

Matara came into the limelight after murdering socialite Starlet Wahu, in a rented house in Nairobi during the wee hours of Thursday last week.
Following Wahu’s murder, more of his victims have come out, sharing their ordeals in his hands and some have also recorded statement with the police to help in investigations.
“The investigations currently point to a possible serial sexual offender who thrives on blackmail to his victims, and who may be part of a criminal ring that targets women on dating sites and other social media Apps.
“As we commend those who have since taken the bold step of reporting their dreadful encounters with Matara and/or members of his suspected gang, we encourage more witnesses of such brutality and monstrous attacks to come out and record statements with our detectives,” DCI said in a statement.
