Comedian Eddie Butita is among the Kenyans who have shown good will to Donald Trump after he won the USA Presidential elections.
Trump, who was vying on a Republican ticket beat the Democrats Kamala Harris by scooping 277 electoral votes.
In his message, Butita hilariously said that he looks forward to seeing Trump when he visits White house next time because he is a frequent visitor.
“Congratulations Donald Trump. See you on my next visit to white house, I am a frequent visitor there, pass my greetings to Melania,” Butita said.
In May this year, Butita was part of President William Ruto’s delegation in his visit to the United States. They also accompanied the head of state to a state dinner at the white house. At the time Joe Biden was serving as president.
“I am leaving for the USA todayThank you, His Excellency President William Samoei Ruto, for choosing me to accompany you to the United States Of America State Visit hosted by the USA President His Excellency President Joe Biden. The fact that I’m part of the head of states’ delegation is a clear sign, and we are happy that the creative industry is part of the conversations we are going to have during this trip,” he said in a social media post then.
