Ugandan socialite, Zari Hassan has through her social media candidly talked out netizens who have the habit of borrowing money from celebrities online.

Upset, she talked of how people ask for her help in her Dm asking her to send them money for food ,rent etc.

” Let’s say ,today’s food, what’s gonna happen tomorrow? What’s gonna happen  next month when you need rent again?” She asks.

It surprises her that the people in question are not polite enough when borrowing money, noting that they actually demand for help.

”And you it’s funny enough coz people lately don’t even beg or ask nicely ,people demand, people are always on my dm demanding and they get so aggressive about it.”

The Entrepreneur goes on to say that empty threats of God cursing her if she doesn’t help them will not move her to send them any money.

”They are like if you don’t wanna do this for me God will… God will what? When God decided to bless other people, He did not wake up to consult you!”

She continued to challenge the ‘online borrowers’ to work and not depend on other people’s hard earned money for survival saying that she does not just sit around to earn her daily bread, but aggressively works to earn her income.

”The reality of the matter is people are too posh for some jobs these days. Ooh I can’t clean …ooh I can’t be putting groceries in a store ..I can’t be doing this, I can’t be washing cars…” She said, taken aback by how these are the same people to beg.

Zari goes on to fault them for making their problems seem like everyone else’s problems while they are the ones who do not want to get out of their comfort zone.

According to her, meaningful connections are made when people are busy working in those jobs that they proudly dismiss.

”Why don’t you start somewhere ?Why don’t you walk into a company and start serving tea? And Learn how they do filing…I mean.. something,” she challenged.
