Activist Morara Kebaso has encountered a tough time while at the Bomas of Kenya to participate in the ongoing public participation for the impeachment of Rigathi Gachagua.
Angry Kenyans threw seats and all sorts of items at Morara, with his security being overpowered.
The moderators accused him of coming at the event to disrupt the public participation.
“Stop fighting, Morara you can not come to destroy a meeting,” a female moderator said as things heated up.
Attempts for Marara to run for safety hit a dead end as his attackers pursued him. He however managed to leave the premises but seemed to have been injured during the scuffle.

Speaking after the scuffle, Morara has confirmed that he is hurt and was heading to hospital.
“I was barred from entering Bomas at the gate. When i finally got in, i was denied the mic at BOMAS floor. Chaos erupted. I am hurt. Headed to hospital. I live to speak another day,” he said.
Earlier, while speaking about Gachagua’s impeachment, Morara noted that both president William Ruto and Gachagua should be send packing.
“Should Gachagua be impeached YES Should Ruto be impeached YES So two is better than one. Impeach Both of them. Why impeach the one who has stolen billions and leave the one who has stolen trillions? Kesho KICC tutakua kwa site. When we finish from KICC where public participation hearings are being held we will go to milimani law courts for a ruling of my case. Join me if you can,” he shared on X on Thursday.
