One of the 2024 resolutions that rapper Stevo Simple Boy has is to purely speak in English.

Stevo, in an interview with Trudy Kitui, said that he had come up with the resolution for the sake of some of his fans, as some of them don’t understand Swahili.

“Sometimes I will speak Swahili but mostly it will be English. I have decided to that because my fans, they are worried, ‘Stevo can you speak English or not.'” the rapper explained.

He also echoed Jalang’o’s words that he is the best artist the country has currently.

“Of course I am the best, and the most funny guy here in Kenya but I want to tell Mheshimiwa Jalas thank you very much for recognising Stevo Simple Boy as a big artist Kenya. So Mheshimiwa can you set aside a day we meet and eat Chips Kuku or hamburger,” he said.

He however disagreed with Jalang’o that KRG The Don is a good artist. Stevo said that he will never do a collabo with KRG. Instead, he invited him to feature in one of his songs  as a vixen.

“KRG is just a vixen. KRG is not a musician, he is a vixen. Even if he did a collabo with Konshens or Jamaican artists I don’t care , KRG you are a vixen so make one day  you can and Vixen in my music,” the rapper said.

At the same time, he said that he was doing fine with his wife Grace Atieno. Stevo said that  reports that his wife was pregnant for another man were just rumours.

“The Pregnancy is mine. People should stop playing games. Me and my wife we are okay. We have been in conversation with her family, her brother, sister and mother,” he said.
