Bonfire Adventures CEO Simon Kabu has denied being responsible of leaking the viral CCTV footage which captured his estranged wife Sarah Mtalii assaulting a woman at their matrimonial home.
In an interview with Eve Mungai, Kabu said the matter was under investigation with various parties getting access to the footage, hence insinuating that it could have been leaked from any other source.
“When that thing happened, the nanny went to the police station and recorded the statement. It was something under investigation, the police requested for the clip, many people had the clip, lawyers had the clip and other people, that clip could have come from any where and any place,” he said, as Eve brought up the gender-based violence allegations he was facing from Sarah.
Kabu however declined to address the matter, only saying; “I don’t want to say anything because I don’t want to be misquoted because there is something in court thing in court.”
He also assured Bonfire Adventures partners and clients that there personal problems have not affected the business ain any maner.
“Bonfire Adventures is there to stay, we are working as normal. Our management team is doing all that it needs to do,” he said adding that he is still business partners with Sarah.
