Controversial Mumias East MP Peter Salasya has reacted after Sean Andrew, the grandson of the late and former president of Kenya Mwai Kibaki, claimed that he doesn’t know.

In his response, Salasya wondered who Sean is and what he does for a living.

“Yeye ni mtoto wa nani na anafanya nini for a living? Ana followers wangapi TikTok kwanza ndio nijue kama yeye ni celebrity. Sina haja ya kujuulikana kwa mwanaume mwenzangu,” the lawmaker said.

Sean revealed that he doesn’t know Salasya during an interview with Obinna on Monday this week.

“What do they do?” he questioned Obinna who explained that, “They do content but in parliament.”

“Salasya? No way. Are these those segments in the news where they make fun of what happened in the week?” Sean further posed as Obinna told him that Salasya makes fun of everything but is an MP from Mumias but it still didn’t click his mind.

“I don’t follow politics here it is like a circus,” Sean clarified.

He however confirmed that he knows the president and his deputy as well as the ousted Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.

“Riggy G, I am a big fan of that guy, he is quite entertaining I would like to meet him one day honestly I want to pick his brain on a few things,” he said. “He is quite interesting.”
