Nuru Okanga, a top supporter of ODM and Raila Odinga, has been trending on X since Thursday morning.
Okanga was topping the trend list because he is among the 1,406,557 million candidates who sat for the KCPE 2023 exams.
The results of the exams were released this morning by Education CS Ezekiel Machogu, and many were eager to know how the Azimio supporter performed.
Results also believed to be his have been widely shared on the X platform.
The viral results indicated that Okanga scored 401 marks out of 500.

The results indicated that Nuru Maloba Okanga of Index No 37610677055 garnered 84marks(A) in Mathematics, English 80(A) Kiswahili 80, Science 75(B-) and 82 marks in Social Studies/ CRE.
Okanga has however come out to distance himself from the results. Speaking to Kenyans.co.ke, he said that he was yet to receive his results.
He further said that the index number listed is not his as his begins with 379…..
“That index number does not belong to me. I am still trying to get my results because KNEC is yet to release the statement,” he said.
The ODM fan sat for his exams at Mumias Muslim Primary school after homeschooling for some time. He went back to school at the age of 32 years he wants to pursue a career in politics, and hopes to be Kenya’s president in future.
“Baada ya hii mtihani pia ntarajia nijunge na Form 1 kuendelea mbele ili nitimize ndoto yangu. Nataka nikipata hii certificate ya Standard Eight nijoin High School pia nikifanikiwa niendelee, kwa sababu mi najiamini ntakapokua na seventy years ntakua nasimama president wa hii nchi. Nikiwa na 75 nitakua nawania kiti cha urais hapa Kenya. Hio ndio focus yangu, na hio kiti ya presidency mtu anatarajiwa akue na makaratasi ya kutosha ndo maana unaona niko kwa mikakati ya kusoma,” he said in an interview.
He separately said that he will be contented with 290-300 marks.
