Pritty

Pritty Vishy has dismissed claims of being ‘Yatima wa Mapenzi’ revealing that she found love in 2022, soon after breaking up with rapper Stevo Simple Boy.

She got into a relationship with a Kisii man who was staying in Minnesota, US but the relationship wasn’t a good experience either.

“Mapenzi yamenionyesha shege in this Nairobi. Leo nawapigia story ya mkisii number one before twende mkisii number 2. If you ever see me dating a Kisii, I beg, knock my head make a shift pants because Kisii is a no go zone. I am not saying all of them but ogopa,” she warned.

The man reached out to her revealing that he was fascinated by her and wanted them to have a ‘thing.’

She however asked for some time to think about the proposal and later gave in, asking the man not to break her heart.

“He was like I can never heartbreak a cutie like you. Akikuambia hivyo ati am not like other guys, just know he is not like other guys because he is worse,” she said.

Pritty added that the guy gave her a baby girl treatment and call her every other time.

“Kiliniramba,” she said.

It turns out that the man was someone’s husband/boyfriend, and this came to her realization after she shared his photo online, concealing his face.

“Nairobi gossip reposted the photo. DM ikaanza kujaa, ‘Pritty you are a husband snatcher, umeiba bwana ya wenyewe.’ I’m like how did you guys know this guy na nimeficha uso. Wacha watu waanze kutumia Nairobi gossip the actual picture, I was shocked,” she said.

She was further left in shock, when the following day, the man asked her not to call him ‘babe’ in a phone call he was going to make and asked her to pretend they were just friends.

“Around 5-6am, I’m receiving a call and it is not a video call and the person is like hae. Wacha niskie Kikisii huko kando and it was a woman,” she narrated, adding that they were engaged in a heated argument, with the man’s intention being to prove that he was just friends with Pritty.

It also turned out that the man had a wife and two children, judging from his TikTok profile.

After the phone incident, the man contacted her day later apologizing for what happened. He added that the woman was not actually his wife and they had to pretend to be a couple so that they would get papers to live in US. According to him,  the woman was worried that they would have issues with the authorities if the man was spotted with another woman. Pritty Vishy consulted with a friend who confirmed that for some people it works that way.

“Tell me why I believed him, tukaendelea na relationship. After like 5-6 months, I am seeing someone is engaged on my FYP. I decided to convince myself that it was just as he had told me. Kidogo kidogo wameoana after two months. Nikakuwa na msisimko wa moyo,” she said.
