Milele FM has since commented on his post, welcoming him back.
“Konki welcome back,” their comment read.
Mulamwah had called it quits on Tuesday last week saying that they could not agree on the terms of the contract with his employer.
“I have officially quit MILELE FM after 1 year & 3 months of service . We could not agree on some aspects of the contract and the scope of work hence calling it quits. Thank you so much Media Max for the opportunity & also A BIG THANK YOU to the colleagues who have been very suppprtive. To the konki fans asanteni sana , we will still meet on many other platforms & forums. Has been nice. alot learnt – Merci ! KONKI,” the comedian said.
His comeback however comes just a day after there was another stand off between Alex Mwakideu and the radio station.
Mwakideu took to social media, on Monday, to announce that he had left the station after five years because of unknown differences. Moments later, he made an about turn revealing that he will still be at the station.
“Yooh, bado niko Milele FM. Kumbe munanipenda hivi… aaawwweeee… Thank you for all the phone calls and text messages, we had a small misunderstanding, which has been sorted. So we are now good to go! Itambe Milele!,” the radio journalist stated.
