Earlier this week internet was abuzz following the announcement by Mulamwah, where he broke news that his lover Bestie Ruth K was expectant.
Mulamwah and Ruth K openly revealed to their fans on social media that their first child was on the way, barely weeks after holding a traditional ceremony that saw Mulamwah get introduced to Ruth’s parents. Netizens had however suspected that Ruth was pregnant way before.
The love birds, each uploaded photos of their maternity shoot on their respective social media accounts, to announce the great news which was accompanied by videos and a heartfelt message thanking God for their journey together as a couple.
Afterwards there emerged hilarious edited photos of the two, which showed photo shopped images of other people including celebrities and Mulamwah could not hide his feelings on people joking with their photos.
The Comedian took to Instagram and issued a warning for those editing the photoshoot images while revealing the amount they spent on the photoshoot.
“Wakenya jameni yaani photoshoot yetu ya 150k ndio mnachezea ivi jameni 😖😖 , am suing the next !!” he said while reacting to several of the doctored images.
Comedian Butita was among those who found himself replacing Mulamwah. He reacted to the photo while congratulating them the couple.
“Dimanmkareclassics grow up stop this nonsense. Congratulations Mulamwah,” he said.
It is not clear when Mulamwah began dating Ruth but he introduced her towards the end of 2021 after announcing he had parted ways with his baby mama Carol Muthoni.
What unfolded next was a blame game between Mulamwah and Carol.
At one time Mulamwah claimed that Ruth K had not been his lover as perceived but rather an Artist signed in his label Mulamwah Entertainment.
He went on to front her as his “Bestie” while dismissing claims that they were romantically involved when all signs showed that it was clearly more than a friendship.
All doubt was erased this week when they decided to come out with the news of the pregnancy which meant it was futile to further suggest they were not lovers.
