Award-winning rapper Khaligraph Jones aka The OG has come out to counter those trolling him over his magnificent house that is nearing completion.

During an interview with SPM Buzz, the Yes Bana hitmaker bragged that his house is the best in Africa.

According to him, haters thought that he was setting up a substandard building but clearly, what he has constructed caught them off guard.

He also revealed that he has been able to construct his mansion through music, noting that he is the first artist to make such a bold move.

“My house is the best in Africa. It is kwani ni uongo. Mlikuwa mnafikiria nitajenga kibanda. Ukiuona nyumba yako inalinganishwa na mall that speaks volumes, it is the best. Haijawahifanywa na msanii kama yuko nionyeshe basi ama wa;likwa wanafikiria rapper hawezifanya hii kitu. I did all this through music. Nyumba iko like 60% done, bado hamjaona kitu,” Khaligraph said.

Recently, Khaligraph showed off  his huge mansion and it attracted both negative and positive reactions with some likening it to a mall.

During the same interview, Khaligraph however spoke highly of Sauti Sol as they exit the music scene as a group.

“They are the best to ever do it in Africa probably even in the whole world.  I am happy to be part of what they have accomplished hata kama ni kidogo. All the best in whatever they decide to do with their lives afterwards for me deep down Sauti Sol is still Sauti Sol. Sauti Sol will remain to be there forever according to me,” he said.

About a lesson he has learnt from the popular boy band is being a brother’s keeper.

“Be your brother’s keeper. We have seen groups exist and cease to exist because watu wanakosana but they have shown us that when you are your brother’s keeper iko na longevity. That’s what I have learnt form them and I am taking it to my life even hata vile anendelea kufanya viu zangu,” he added.
