As always Kenyans on X flocked the comment section to air out their opinions on the matter which has attracted international interest.
”Huyu jamaa umesimama naye kidete.”
”Hajaonja maharagwe?”
Though being released on cash bail doesn’t necessarily exonerate him. It means he is just allowed to have his case heard without him being held in custody. It’s his Constitutional right to be accorded bail though.” Netizens commented.
Mwenda is expected to take his plea on 10/18\2023.
