Manchester United have been offered the chance to sign Neymar as Paris Saint-Germain look to cash in on the Brazilian superstar.

According to Pete O’Rourke of Footy Insider, four Premier League clubs have reportedly been contacted about a potential sensational summer swoop for Paris Saint-Germain superstar Neymar.

The Ligue One champions are said to have reached out to Manchester City, Liverpool, Manchester United and Newcastle United.

The 31-year-old, who remains the most expensive player in football history, has a contract with PSG until 2025 after extending his stay.

Neymar signed for a world-record £198 million in 2017 but it’s said that PSG will now look to offload him for a fee between £70 and £80 million.

PSG are believed to be content getting rid but the aforementioned clubs are aware of the sizeable wages he would command and could be put off by the hefty financial package required.

Neymar has an impressive tally of 18 goals and 17 assists in 29 appearances this season but caused a stir recently after being spotted in McDonald’s following the Champions League defeat to Bayern Munich.

He had also played in a poker tournament, much to the frustration of teammate Kylian Mbappe.

PSG ended their wretched run of three straight losses at the weekend courtesy of a Lionel Messi last-gasp free-kick against Lille at the Parc des Princes.
