Content creator and former NRG radio presenter Prudence Chepkirui Tonui, widely known as King Kalala, recently took to Instagram to share her excitement over acquiring a white Range Rover.

With gratitude to God, she celebrated this milestone, exclaiming, “Ni God. A range girlie now.”

Four days later, however, Kalala expressed intentions of  selling the Range Rover, citing the expense of fuel.

On her Instagram stories, she pondered, “Nani anataka kubuy range? Mafuta ni expensive waaah, Nauza Range Rover?”

While some may perceive this as a jest, netizens were quick to interpret it as a clout-chasing stunt, questioning whether she truly owned the vehicle initially. Comments poured in, with some suggesting she return the car to the showroom, while others speculated it might have been a hired vehicle.

“I thought ni Yako kuumbe ni advertising unafanya,” a netizen said.

This development comes amidst reports of Kalala’s alleged suspension from NRG radio due to allegations of drug abuse within the office, leaving fans and colleagues alike stunned. Previously hosting the morning show, “B Club,” alongside the dynamic trio known as the “3 Men Army,” Kalala’s next career move remains undisclosed.
