While Giving his Tribute Eric got overwhelmed with emotions and ended up crying. Terence creative, Milly Chebby and his wife Lynne got to the podium to comfort him.

“My brother, it has been an honor to be your brother. Keep watching over us. Till we meet again,”Eric said.

Their sister also mourned Fred, thanking God for the time they had shared.

“Fred, you have left us too soon. As you join Mum, Dad, and Joseph, you will always be in our thoughts. We thank God for the time and memories we shared. Rest well, brother,” she said.

His friends and people he used to work with also gave their tribute led by Mwalimu Churchill.

“We were deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Fred Omondi. We have been inspired by him for many years on and off the stage. A great comedian I had the pleasure to see grow on the Churchill Show. We cherish the memories of those occasions when we were all privileged to meet Fred,” Churchill said.
