Comedian Njugush has finally broken silence after being criticized by Jua Cali.

Speaking to YouTubers after returning to the country from Australia, Njugush said that it was not the first time he was being told that he is not funny.

According to him, he has received similar critics from his relatives leave alone a stranger like Jua Cali. He pointed out that being bashed was the order of the day during his days in the Real House of Kawangware TV series.

“Nimeambiwa hivyo mpaka na familia. Sasa watu sijui…(laughs). Umetuona naye(Jua Cali) mara ngapi. Alisema ni boy wangu. Jua Cali I think we’ve met once but it’s fine those are his own sentiment that’s what he though. Everyone ako na opinion yake. Mimi nitasema opinion yake hainizui kusema watu waende kwa link, Njugush.ke kwa website wawatch TTNT 1,2,3 and 4. All I have said this is a very beautiful space, I can not wait for people like Jackie Vike, ako na niche yake atajaza. Terence creative I can’t wait for his show, no one can stop that, its  us to blame ourselves,” he said.

Njugush added that he is  focused on attaining what he wants. He also said that he did not take Jua Cali’s criticism negatively.

“Us young guys hakuna makosa tunafanya ni kutia tu bidii. For me its is focusing on what is happening right now. It’s a beautiful revolution where we don’t have gate keepers. You just organise your own shows and things. Criticism si mbaya and that’s why sijaichukulia ati…Haifai ikupeleke kwenye wanataka juu wataanza kusema tena. People are seeing what I am doing and that’s the most important thing,” the comedian said.
