SIZE 8

Size 8 has revealed that her marriage with DJ Mo has come to an end.

The renown gospel singer and pastor shared the news on her Instagram, saying theirs had failed to work. She however did not delve into details on what had transpired leading to such a decision, but praised God all the same.

“Sometimes marriage works by God’s grace and sometimes it does not work but all in all God is still on the throne. I’ve been married for 11 years and now I start the journey of single hood. But God is still on the throne I worship you Yahweh,” she wrote.

DJ Mo is however yet to make any comment on the subject.

DJ Mo and Size 8 officially became husband and wife in 2013, after Size 8 got saved and stopped being a secular musician. They were blessed with two children and suffered several miscarriages.

In March this year, Size 8 opened up on a tough moment where she nearly divorced DJ Mo.

“I reached a place where I felt hopeless, where I saw a point of no return, and I think depression kind of kicked in. So I wasn’t thinking straight. I didn’t see a way out, so I decided to call a divorce lawyer and told him I want to divorce, I want to take the children, so I asked him to start considering the paperwork,” Size 8 shared during their Love In the Wild Reality show.

“What made me change my mind was, first, I spoke to his mother, and she told me, ‘You’re very angry, don’t rush.’ Then there was the church retreat. So I decided to give my marriage one more chance and see if he’s willing to work on it,” Size 8 further explained.

DJ Mo on the other hand said that he was shocked wondering what he had done to upset his wife that much.

“When I found out about the lawyer through a WhatsApp message, she told me, ‘I’ve gone to see a lawyer and I’ve written this and that.’ I told her okay, we will talk about it. I was left wondering what I had done,” DJ Moh said.
