Celebrated comedian cum politician MC Jessy is currently on a comedy tour in the United Kingdom.
The tour kicked off on July 22 and it will be ending on September 10.
His stop in Scotland has however captured the attention of netizens, after he decided to don a popular Scottish garment known as Kilt.
In one of the videos, he uploaded, MC Jessy danced along to Fally Ipupa’s song Eloko Yo leaving fans with mixed reactions. A section of Netizens, who are not well versed with the attire, disapproved it as others opted to make fun of it.
” I hope Ulivaa baika” Kate actress commented on MC Jessy’s video.
Responding to her, he said, “Baika ya kazi gani hapa ni nui nui bila chochote. Kaupepo ni hapo ndani weeh.”
Another netizens said that some outfits should be left for women even if its about just having fan with them.
“Some outfits hata kama ni kuhave fan wacha tu dem yangu avae skirt na mimi nivae,” he said,
“Travel my frien. Travel,” MC Jessy responded to him.
Another fan criticized him for going outside the country just to wear the outfit
“You went outside the country just to put on a skirt?”
“Kabisa,” Jessy responded.

In yet another another comment, an Instagram user wondered if that is how MC Jessy would have behaved in parliament had we won the Imenti South consituency seat that he ran for last year.
“Kabisa ingebamba sana 2027 iko tu hapa,” MC Jessy told him off.
Another fan who seemed to be well informed about the attire questioned on which clan the tartan belonged to
“Its from the Highland Clan Farquharson,” he responded.
This is not the first time MC Jessy is raising eyebrows with his kilts. In March this year he left netizens talking after resharing a photo of himself in the attire. The photo was taken back in 2018 during his visit to Scotland.
