Lang’ata MP Phelix Odiwour, popularly known as Jalang’o, has admitted that KRG has a great talent but he is yet to reach rapper Stevo Simple Boy’s level.
Speaking during the launch of KRG’s collaboration with Jamaican dancehall artist Konshens, the comedian turned politician said that the rest of the artist were way below.
He however urged KRG to keep pushing.
“KRG aendelee tu hivyo venye yuko na aendelee kupush. Artist mmoja mwenye ako juu ya KRG sahi Kenya ni Stevo. Hao wengine wako chini. (Stevo) ni hatari,” he noted.
The lawmaker added that he has been Stevo’s fan since he came into the limelight and he knows all his songs and everything regarding his lifestyle.
“Mi nimekuwa fan wa Stevo kutoka kitambo tangu vijana tuache mihadarati. Kutoka hizo days mpaka vile alianza kudate Pritty Vishy mpaka vile waliachana mpaka juzi vile alikataa kumsalimia,” he said.
Jalang’o further said that he confronted Stevo for refusing to greet Vishy, maintaining that exes should be loved.
“Nilipigia Stevo nikamwambia huyo ni ex wako huyo ni mtu wako kidogo tu mungepata mtoto. Tuliongea for long nikamwambia ex wako lazima umpende mkae pamoja,” he said.
