Video director and social media expert Director Trevor has opened up on his relationship with Mungai Eve stating that he was the one who ended their partnership and not the other way around.

During a recent interview, Trevor questioned about how he felt about losing the brand Eve Mungai, after working so hard to build it

His reply was; “Hakuniruka,mi ndio niliruka,so hakuna kitu kama uunde brand alafu ikuruke,mi ndio nilimruka,ye hakuniruka mi ndio nilijitoa.”

At the same time, he clarified that his recent post, on female content creators sexualising their content, was not targeting his Eve. According to him, Eve blocked him so he is unable to access her content and even comment on it.

“Mungai is just one of the many creators tuko nao Kenya, siwezikaa tu hivi nifikirie ati anasexualize content kuna so many people wenye wanasexualize  their entire content but si vibaya kuunda sexual content. Mimi ni mtu naona vitu vingi sana, nastudy a lot of content so hadi sijui, simwoni hata kwa Instagram yangu,” Trevo said.

“I can’t sit down and write something about her and I don’t see her content,” he added.

In a previous interview, Eve was asked about Trevor’s  remarks and she said  that everyone has the right to pursue their happiness.

“Unfortunately I did not see that, but what I would say is if what you are doing makes you happy, do whatever makes you happy life is too short. I am not the kind of person to go around talking abut my past relationships. It ended so we move forward,” he said.

Trevor and Eve publicized their break up in February 2024  after dating for almost six years.
