Eric Omondi has continued to urge those claiming to have the late Fred Omondi’s children to bring them so that they can take care of them.

Eric however maintained that the children should resemble Fred, and not any other person

“Naskia alikuwa na watoto ila tunasema kama kuna mtu ako na mtoto wa Fred alete sisi tutamchunga. Lakini wengine wanajitokeza mtoto anakaa kama Mulamwah, mwengine anakaa kama Smart Joker. Mtoto lazima akae kama Fred Omondi,” he said in a phone interview.

Eric also added that he is not sure if truly Fred has a child, as they have never met.

“I am told there is one that he used to post a lot, and is known publicly. I am coming to Nairobi and I will look for the the child myself. I can’t officially confirm that he had children until I meet them. There are those who will want DNA, there are those who will just be okay with it. As a Firstborn, I call upon those with children to bring them” Eric said.

This comes after a woman, identified as Rose Ochieng’, camped at Fred’s rural home ahead of his burial claiming to have his two year old daughter known as Kyla Atieno Omondi.

In a recent interview, Rose said that Fred was her husband after being with him for over 6 months.

“I met friend at a wedding function, he was the MC. After serving food I sat at a table and he joined me, we talked and he later asked for my contact number and we used to talk for days and meet until it reached a point that we got into a relationship and we were blessed with a child,” she told Kaluande TV.

Fred’s sister however accused the woman of chasing clout, vowing to deal with her. She said that Rose came to the funeral alone is instead of bringing the supposed child to bury her father. According to her, Fred only has one baby mama who is known to the family.
