Edgar

Edgar Obare’s BNN Basic account on Instagram, which has more than 180,000 followers, was suspended on Saturday morning.

Edgar has said that he is working on it, but they have not provided an explanation for their actions.

” We are working to recover it,” he said in his other social media platform.

His account has been suspended before; previously, he had lost a verified account with more than 400,000 followers.

The same account, “BNN Basic,” was suspended by Instagram a few months prior for breaking community rules on the publication of content.

It is well known that accounts that are suspended have a grace period during which their owners can challenge the ruling; if they don’t, their accounts are erased permanently.

However, close sources of the blogger have said that this originates from his adversaries, who complain his account because he persistently bullies and nosily interferes with their life.

A few celebrities expressed their happiness that he had lost his account and expressed their desire for the government to close down his internet business.

” I hope the government also shuts down his online business,” they said.

Nevertheless, Edgar Obare had been able to effectively reclaim his Instagram account, BNN Africa, after it had been suspended.

It was the well-known internet personality’s fourth consecutive loss of a significant social media network.

Edgar stated in a statement about the suspension that he thought critics were purposefully exposing his stories, saying:

”Our fourth account has been suspended by Instagram due to a violation of community guidelines. #bnnbasic. I am aware that my adversaries are fabricating reports about me, but we will regroup and return.”

The blogger became well-known in 2022 after publishing his “Wash Wash” exposé, which connected a number of businesses and women to possible money laundering. His primary Instagram account was deleted after the disclosure.

“I’m trying to get my main account back after it was deactivated. We’ve been prepared for these outcomes, and I can post here as well,” Edgar wrote.
