On Sunday, celebrated female DJ Pierra Makena shared with her fans about her health status, revealing that she is unwell.
The mother of open shared a video, seemingly admitted at a hospital with a swollen face.
“What a weekend, we were warned. But I will be okay,” she said.
In comment section, many believed that she had been assaulted, with the first suspect being her mysterious baby daddy.
“Baby daddy amefanya ile kitu,” read one comment as another advised, “meeting point na venue police station, twa twa hosy, keep safe.
Other netizens linked her situation to the current horror of AirBnB where two women were brutally murdered as others though that she had been involved in an accident.
Following the overwhelming reaction, Pierra sought to clear the air, confirming that neither had she been assaulted in any manner or been in an accident.
“Fam I am better now and getting treatment from home. I didn’t get beaten so my army lower your weapons. I got an allergy reaction from and acute lower back pain. Details of the allergy when I get better. Thanks for reaching out and being there. Love you all,” she said.
In a separate post, she said that she is yet to find out what led to the allergic reaction. She also said that her situation was also contributed by fatigue.
“I had a burst of bad allergy reaction we are yet to know what exactly happened.. plus fatigue so it got me down. No I was not beaten nor was I in a car accident. All is under control and thanks to the docs and nurses that quickly attended to me at the ER. I’m recovering from home with forced / deserved rest.. have a blessed week fam,” Pierra wrote.
