In a recent video, Kenyan actor and entertainer Kevin Odhiambo, popularly known as Cassypool, voiced his candid opinions about Mumias East MP Hon. Peter Salasya, sparking a heated discussion about their suitability as partners for Kenyan Female DJ Pierra Makena.
During an interview on “The Obinna Show,” DJ Pierra Makena confessed to having a crush on both Cassypool and MP Peter Salasya.
Cassypool, known for his controversial remarks, wasted no time expressing his views, stating, “Peter Salasya bado hajatoa ushamba. Yule bado he is a boy, I’m a man.”
Cassypool went on to humorously compare himself to Salasya, emphasizing the MP’s hairstyle, saying, “Nywele zake zinakaa kama gods must be crazy. Peter Salasya bado hajatoa ushamba. Na ndio bado unaona ako na hizo nywele zimesimama. Yule he is a boy, I’m a man.”
Amidst the banter, Salasya appeared unfazed, embracing the attention with excitement, “Wow, I have watched this video repeatedly until I started feeling sweet. Where does this DJ Pierra Kenya play her shows, and which songs does she play?” It seems the MP’s interest in DJ Pierra Makena goes beyond the verbal sparring with Cassypool.
Salasya, a figure no stranger to controversy, has found himself in various scandals since entering parliament as an MP. From public altercations, as witnessed in the incident with Peter Walunys Indimuli during a burial ceremony, to facing legal consequences for threats against Magistrate Gladys Kiama, Salasya’s journey in the public eye has been eventful.
In response to Cassypool’s comparisons, Salasya shrugged off the remarks, emphasizing his own perspective on the matter.
“Cassypool yeye aseme tu chenye anasema.” (“Cassypool can say whatever he wants.”) he said.
As this amusing saga unfolds, it remains to be seen how DJ Pierra Makena will navigate the attention from both Cassypool and Hon. Peter Salasya. The dynamics between these three personalities continue to capture the public’s interest, blending humor, politics, and entertainment.
