Digital creator Sadia Said, who was in the past rumoured to be dating comedian Eddie Butita, has left Kenyans talking after saying that she can’t date Kenyan men.

In a question and answer session, Sadia was asked when was the last time she dated a Kenyan man and she admitted that she has never.

She went on to explain her reasons.

“Because I don’t think I can. I just know them too well,” she said.

The interviewer however asked her, “What do you know bout Kenyan men that prevents you from dating them?”

“Everything bad. Disloyalty and disrespect,” she responded.

“In general, Kenyan men don’t respect women and are violent to women,” Sadia added.

Following the conversation, men netizens tagged Butita, wondering how he was feeling after Sadia’s admission.

Butita however jokingly commented on the video saying, “Yaani nikikuambia mimi ni mhindi ulibelieve waah.”

Butita and Sadia caused a stir on social media last year after they attended Akothee’s wedding in a chopper. Many were convinced that they were dating, for them to make such a grand entrance.

The comedian however later said that they were not involved in any kind of romantic relationship and that they are just business partners and friends.

“I have been single, I however, have lots of requests and interests but we are taking time to see whether they meet my demands because we are looking at a lot of things.

“I have never been in a relationship with her. Whatever was being said was created by the internet. We are just business partners. It’s just that when people see us together, they assume we are dating, which is okay, and we don’t bother to respond,”he said in May 2023.titaty
