Veteran Swahili news anchor Mashirima Kapombe has been thrown into mourning following the death of her mother.
Mashirima shared the sad news with her followers early Thursday morning, expressing how broken she was.
“Broken 💔 Eternal rest grant unto mum Oh Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she Rest in peace. Amen,” she wrote on social media
