In a surprising turn of events, in an incident that has led to a wide range of reactions among many people, Pastor Kanyari received unimaginable gift during the Sunday service from Faith Peters, a TikToker and businesswoman.

The gift that was carefully wrapped using a newspaper, was opened by the pastor while he was standing at the pulpit, before his congregation.

As the package was unwrapped, it revealed a collection of unexpected items: Kotex  panty liner, Arimis petroleum jelly, and a packet of condoms. The congregation watched in shock as Faith Peters explained her reasons behind the unusual gift.

She claimed to have had a dream in which her and Pastor Kanyari had a wedding. She also said that many women were after Pastor Kanyari, and she brought protection as a precaution for that.

She went on and said, “Naona wanataka sana Pastor Kanyari, nimeleta nimeleta Kinga ya maisha, tumia Kinga daddy usikatae wanawake.”

Her comments didn’t stop there. She also urged the pastor to leave  Rish  Kamunge and go to her.

“Nataka utoke pale Kwa Rish Kamunge kuja hapa Wacha kuumia.” The TikToker added a personal message, mentioning her desire for more children, saying, “Niko na kizazi. Hawa watoto wa US tuongeze wengine. Nimechoka,” she said.

The incident left many in the congregation very uncomfortable. Some people also commented on the video to express their reactions.

Festus Murithi Poul, is one of the people expressed his dismay, stating, “Condom Kwa kanisa?? Pastor yawa.”

He said this to show the tension and disbelief caused by the incident.
While some saw Peters’ actions as a bold  way to get her message across, others found it highly inappropriate, especially given the setting.

The event has caused a heated debate on social media, with many discussing the boundaries of propriety within religious spaces.
