American Singer, songwriter and dancer Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter is set to walk away with $12 million (approximately Kshs2.9 billion) from an event this January.
Beyoncé is set to perform at the official opening of the ultra-luxurious Atlantis The Royal hotel in Dubai just for an hour. Sources reveal that the 41-year old has been spotted rehearsing her songs in readiness for the event scheduled for January 21. She is also said to have held a garden concert.
The Dubai’s performance will be Beyonce’s first concert since 2018. DJ trio , who is famous for songs like Don’t worry child, and other top celebrities will grace the invites-only event.
The hotel will be open for bookings as of February 10, this year according to a post on their Facebook page.
“We officially open for stays on February 10, 2023. Be the first to stay at the most ultra-luxury experiential resort in the world,” the hotel said.
Atlantis The Royal is a 43-storey cantilevered building. It will feature 231 luxury apartments, 693 hotel rooms and 102 suites, all of which offer views of the Arabian Sea and Palm Island.
