Azziad Nasenya is among the most successful Kenyans in the current times.
At just 23 years, the content creator is working with leading brands such as Garnier, Visit Dubai, Denri bags, Home 254 among others. She also works at Sound City radio and has also landed several acting roles that have further propelled her prominence and fame in the entertainment industry.
Many however believe that her success has been brought about by different factors. From time to time, she has been linked to a powerful CS in the country as others claim that she is successful because of associating with wababa, a popular term for elderly men who support young women financially in exchange for sex and companionship.
Azziad has however come out to dispel the claims, saying that she is where she is today because of her hard work. The TikToker says that she works so hard that she barely has enough time to sleep.
“Last I checked it was behind every successful man there is a woman, I have never seen a saying that says that behind every successful woman there is a man. That is backwood mentality. It is honestly sad that to date its 2023 and people still think like that. This one God that I pray to, I tell him what people say this about me and he adds more blessings to me. There is nothing bad as accusing someone falsely. A lot of people will make noise and that is okay, one thing that I have been able to appreciate is that I work hard. I am grateful that I have favour and I have luck and God has His blessings on me,” she told Eve Mungai.

She added that the trolls do hurt her sometimes but she has a strong support system behind her including her boyfriend. She also said that she is qualified for any of the jobs that she was appointed to including the Talanta Hela initiative because she went to school.
“It was prolonged and till today people still talk about it. I think its sad if you look at it. Mimi nimeenda shule, niko na brains . Singekuwa hapa kama sina akili, kama sina an amazing team behind me. I have a very supportive boyfriend whom I am grateful to, I have a supportive family and again tulianza na Mungu, very important. It feels bad because at the end of the day you are human but let’s go back to people who matter, they don’t care . They do not trust this people These people that matter are always calling me asking are you okay, don’t listen to them. I have a support system behind the internet that always has me when all this are happening
“I do understand, watu hawana jobs huku nje so ukiona mtu anapata jobs almost kumi in a year hakuna vile utafurahi. Lakini mtu mwenye hafurahi mtu akona na roho mbaya sana,” she further said.
