Wilbroda

Jacquey Nyaminde, popularly known as Wilbroda has shared how she was scammed by a Tanzanian man.

Wilbroda admits that she fell for the man who lied to her about being wealthy and even claimed to have relations with renown Tanzanian artists such as Mr. Blue, Diamond and Harmonize.

“I’ll never forget. Huyo msee enyewe aliniingiza. Kwanza alikuwa mTZ. Akaniambia yeye ni relative wa Mr. Blue. Akaniambia akina Harmonize akina Diamond  hao watu tunakutana nao unajua nyumba yangu iko ufuoni mwa Bahari unajua hao wako na mabeach house. Nikasema baas Jackie ndio hii na vile napenda waTZ. Huyu msee aliniingiza box mpaka akanipeleka kwa car yard na ilikuwa gari kubwa sijui ilikuwa ya 8 million,” she shared on The Obinna Show

The Tanzanian told her that he wanted to buy the car and she would be the one driving it. The Tanzanian however noted that the actress would give him her car once the purchase is made.

“Sasa hii gari wewe ndio utakuwa unaendesha, wewe utanipatia ile yako. I had an old car and he told me I would be driving the new one. He told me that he was very wealthy, his grandfather was in Voi and had sold land,” she recalled

According to her, the man even connected her with ‘Diamond’ via phone call. She however doubts if it was truly Diamond she spoke to.

“Naonanga ni kama ilikuwa tu msee wa hapa umoja,” Wilbroda said.

The mother of one confirmed that the man was just scamming her, when he was involved in a fight in a bar and he called her to go visit him in hospital.

“The hospital he was talking about was a clinic in Pipeline. I realized that this guy didn’t have money. Aliniingiza. My friends laugh at me till today over the incident,” she said.

That was not all. In a separate occasion, the man wanted to impress her with new Timberlands during a date, it also didn’t end well.

“Mtanzania aliniingiza halafu alikuwa na mwili mdogo. Watu wanaona tu huyu mama anatembea na mtoto. Siku moja akanipeleka out. Ampiga timberland za black amecome kuniimpress. Tulitembea hivi step mbili akaniambia viatu vinamfinya, nikajua he has borrowed,” she laughed.
