The African popstar Nadia Mukami has professed her love and support for promising rapper Stevo Simple Boy.

The mother of one said that she would have chosen him if Arrowbwoy, her partner, was not present in her life.

Speaking in an interview at a recent Sportify function, Nadia pointed out that Stevo is a funny guy and that’s what she likes about him.

“Napenda Stevo sana. Arrow Bwoy hangekuwa Stevo angepata chance. Stevo anawezakupiga compe,” she  jokingly warned Arrowbwoy. “Stevo anaweza. Mimi ananichekesha sana.”

At the same time, Nadia said that her Sportify numbers were not doing well previously but she has improved lately. For that, she noted that Sportify needs to recognize her.

“They need to give me the most improved plaque on Sportify. I was struggling a lot with Sportify numbers but since late last year, my numbers have been improving. Right now I am over 75,000 monthly listeners, I’m doing great,” she said.

She also weighed in on the recent incident at Furaha Festival, involving Willy Paul and Diamond Platnumz.

“If you have me on a poster and Arrowbwoy’s photo is larger it means he is the headliner and will be last to perform, let’s respect that. You have signed the contract, most of the time they put us as supporting acts. We have been paid, it’s okay. Also when your time is 1, and the programme is delaying, I have encountered such last year, it’s just didn’t go online, it was chaos Nadia said,” adding that there is no way a headliner of an event can perform before other acts.

“Respect protocol,” she insisted.
