Comedian Oga Obinna has surprised Dem wa Facebook with a brand new car, a red Nissan March.

The surprise comes after he successfully hosted a homecoming for the fast rising female comedian in Kitale last weekend. The surprise was  to come when they were still in Kitale but the car didn’t arrive in time. Dem wa Facebook was left in awe, not believing that she is the newest car owner in town.

Speaking to digital journalists, Obinna explained why he decided to purchase a car for Dem wa Facebook, who he has been working with for several months now

“Because of bills. Wananipiganga na bills. 5000 every Monday ya Uber. Halafu bado kuna ile shoots za weekly, I need to take her on a date, I need to take to meet cllients. So I thought about it and then now she is a star, she needs her privacy and now where her brand is going…Huyu gari yenye anataka ni Harrier. Niliulizia bei nikajikunakuna.” he said.

Dem wa Facebook on the other hand was grateful, affirming her love for Obinna.

“Nampenda. Bebi I love you. Thank you so much” she said.

She also shared a message for those who claimed Obinna was just using her.

“Watu walitupiga vita, wengine wakasema Obinna ananitumia, sikuwahigive up. Nikasema kama Obinna ananitumia wacha aendelee kunitumia. So guys wenye mlikuwa mnasema Obinna ananitumia sahi natumika kwa gari,” she said.

She admitted that she was struggling with life last year when she approached Obinna, who has been nice to her and treated her well despite her stubbornness.

“Today am so happy. Hata sijaamini kama narudi na gari. Nilikuwa nimepanga nisave mia mbili mia mbili lakini hio ningesave mpaka 2mbili azeeke. May God bless Obinna amuinue,” she said, proclaiming that Obinna will buy his dream car before the year ends.

She also vowed to work harder on their weekly show.
