Judy Nyawira,, wife of renown film director and actor Abel Mutua, has revealed that she is not using any family planning method.

While responding to questions from her fans, she got candid about the subject, revealing that they are using withdrawal method, after several contraceptives failed to work on her

According to her, they have become very accurate of the withdrawal method which is working for

“I do not use any. I am not any planning method. We have become very good at kutoa, kama pale kutoa Mpesa vile wanasemanga. Hapo ndio sisi tuko. I tried the Jadelle implant for about three years but it didn’t work for me. I reached a point and removed it because I was bleeding for three quarters of the month which was not a good thing so the doctor advised me to remove it. Judy and Abel are blessed with a daughter who is currently in high school. The couple however don’t have plans to add another child.

“ If I decide I only want to get one child, it is a personal choice, I don’t see how it affects you….if it would be affecting you we would try and get another…but why are you sleepless? I know why I have decided one is enough, I have my reasons, if you want to get 15 children, go ahead. For me I feel the kind of life I want to give my child, it can only be possible if I have one,” Mutua said during an interview in 2022.
