Embattled Pastor Ezekiel has lost the quest to recover his 15 frozen accounts.

This is according to a ruling issued by Mombasa High court judge Olga Sewe  who dismissed the case saying that the process was wrongly planned.

Refraining from reviewing orders given by a Magistrate Court in Nairobi, the Court also rejected the application made by Ezekiel Odero to have his TV  license restored saying that before reporting the matter to the court Ezekiel would have followed all the legal channels with the regulator, Communications Authority (CA).

The pastor was arrested after an alleged cult leader Paul Mackenzi was also detained and is being accused of having links with Mackenzi who headed a starvation cult in Malindi that saw his followers  starve themselves with the hope to meet Jesus.

Ezekiel is being investigated on charges that, aiding suicide, abduction, radicalization, crimes against humanity, child cruelty, fraud and money laundering which Prosecutors say they have credible information linking pastor Ezekiel to such acts.
